The best way to spot the differences is to use Photoshop, but if you don't, you'll have to look it yourself manually.

Save a copy of the Digitally altered picture and find 5 differences in the pictures.
Circle the differences, save the edited picture and send it back to youth.sg.

Send your answer with your name, contact number, partial I/C number (e.g. S8801XXXK), email add and mailing address to contest@youth.sg. Indicate "Whatever Suspect X" in your email header
